About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Materials Project Manager to lead our aviation and special projects team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert oversight in construction materials testing and management, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construction Materials Oversight: Utilize your experience to provide expert oversight in construction materials testing and management, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of construction materials aspects within aviation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, demonstrating your strategic project management skills.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Take charge of project budgets and resources, optimizing efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Your financial acumen will be crucial in ensuring project success.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for construction materials-related aspects. Your communication skills will be instrumental in fostering positive collaborations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

About You:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering, construction management, or a closely related field of study.
  • 4+ years' experience in construction materials testing.
  • You have 1 year of proven work experience as a project manager, supervisor, or team leader.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
