We are expanding our team and are in search of a skilled and seasoned Project Manager specializing in Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing.
Position Overview:

In the role of Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing and directing a diverse range of geotechnical and construction materials testing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring project execution, maintaining technical excellence, and fostering robust client relationships. This position demands a blend of technical knowledge, project management acumen, and leadership skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Manage various geotechnical and construction materials testing projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and upholding the highest quality standards.


Technical Guidance:

Provide expert guidance and supervision to project teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.


Client Engagement:

Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.


Proposal Preparation:

Develop project proposals, detailing scope, budget, and timelines, and engage in client presentations.


Team Leadership:

Mentor and nurture junior team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.


Field Investigations:

Conduct site assessments, field investigations, and oversee testing operations as required.


Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and review technical documentation, ensuring precision and thoroughness.


Business Growth:

Identify and pursue new business prospects, contributing to the company's expansion.


Qualifications:

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline is required, with a Master's degree being advantageous.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 10 years in geotechnical engineering and/or construction materials testing, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.


Licensure:
A Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential.

Skill Set:

In-depth technical expertise in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing, exceptional project management capabilities, and proficiency in relevant software tools.


Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.


Leadership Qualities:

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members.


Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making informed decisions under pressure.


Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel as necessary for project needs.
