We are actively searching for an Associate Immigration Attorney to become part of our vibrant and culturally diverse team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload with a focus on family and humanitarian cases, including opportunities to handle court cases related to immigration and state custody for special immigrant juveniles.
  • Inspire and motivate the achievement of departmental and firm-wide objectives.
  • Offer direct guidance and legal strategy to Case Managers, ensuring excellence in every case.
  • Conduct legal research, review filings, and develop innovative legal strategies with precision.
  • Engage with clients, addressing their concerns and shaping their legal strategies with care.
  • Prepare clients for crucial interviews and hearings, representing them as a strong advocate.
  • Achieve financial success while meeting clear and measurable goals.
  • Collaborate with our management team, providing support and leadership across the firm.

Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctor degree and admission to the New Mexico or another state bar.
  • Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • A strong commitment to a client-centered practice, with a high standard of excellence.
  • Some experience is preferred, but we are eager to train those who share our passion.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, effectively delegating and accepting delegation.
