Role Expectations: We maintain high standards and are dedicated to delivering exceptional representation to our clients across all facets of our practice. To achieve this, we aim to recruit outstanding individuals as associates and are committed to providing them with superior training and mentorship. Ideal candidates will possess excellent writing skills, the ability to think critically and creatively about legal issues, strong advocacy skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for the legal profession.
Experience and Responsibilities: Associates will gain immediate, hands-on experience both in and out of the courtroom. Previous associates have had the opportunity to serve as lead counsel in civil jury trials, participate in federal criminal trials alongside senior attorneys, argue cases in appellate courts, conduct depositions, and take full ownership of managing and directing cases.
Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, based on experience, along with annual bonuses. Candidates who join our firm after completing a clerkship with a federal or state supreme court will receive a $25,000 clerkship bonus. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) and profit-sharing plan, comprehensive health benefits, vision and dental insurance, a telework policy, unlimited sick leave, and up to five weeks of paid vacation.
