Servicing Quality Control Specialist

Servbank is seeking a highly skilled Servicing Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for conducting audits, researching regulatory changes, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of servicing industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly Servicing Quality Control reviews to ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor requirements.
- Partner with the AVP of Quality Control to prepare audit reports and provide feedback on loan quality and compliance.
- Communicate decisions to internal and external partners and assist with the development of audit reports for senior management.
- Respond to internal and external audit findings and provide supporting documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of banking or mortgage servicing experience with a focus on compliance, audit, or quality control.
- Understanding of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA/GNMA guidelines and state/federal regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and coordinate projects for timely delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated decision-making ability.
