Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Lead Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, shelves, and equipment
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mixology trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, including cocktails and mixology techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification from BarSmarts, WSET, or other reputable mixology programs
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Knowledge of wine pairings and beer pairings
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional guest service
