Senior Mixologist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Bartender at Four Seasons, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktail recipes, training and mentoring bartending staff, overseeing inventory management and ordering, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with management to develop seasonal drink menus and drive sales growth.
