You will oversee essential supply chain functions, including inventory management, procurement processes, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, planning, and ensuring timely material orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels to enhance operational effectiveness and working capital.

*Key Responsibilities*

Inventory Management

  • Employ various analytical tools to assess and implement inventory optimization strategies based on forecasts and customer demands.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to guarantee a seamless supply of materials to our production facilities and clients.
  • Assist in managing inter-plant stock requests and necessary order modifications.
  • Maintain appropriate safety stock levels to support production and financial targets.
  • Schedule and execute part change notifications while minimizing the risk of obsolescence.
  • Communicate supply chain challenges with stakeholders regarding the proposed build plans and customer requirements.
  • Analyze system parameters to detect demand fluctuations.

Procurement Management

  • Facilitate the processing of purchase orders, confirm deliveries, and monitor shipment statuses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address discrepancies and issues arising during the procurement cycle, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
    • Resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.

Logistics Coordination

  • Collaborate with logistics teams and other stakeholders to identify the most cost-effective transportation methods to meet business objectives.
  • Solicit freight options and quotes to recommend optimal shipping decisions that align with production and customer expectations.

Supplier Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between Doosan Bobcat and our suppliers, facilitating effective communication and resolution processes.
  • Manage supplier performance and address supply chain disruptions related to quality and logistics.
  • Foster and maintain strong supplier relationships through collaborative communication.
  • Provide support for supplier relationship management systems.

*Qualifications*

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management.
  • Experience: 0 to 10 years in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
