Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ (ONSITE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 + (annual bonus)

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the architectural design process, overseeing projects from conception through to completion. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and a full spectrum of professionals to produce functional and visually appealing designs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Registered Architect in Arizona, with the potential for licensure in additional states.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management, focusing on production architecture, including commercial, retail, fuel centers, quick-service restaurants, and planned area developments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design process, managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, adhering to all regulatory and environmental guidelines.
  • Oversee a diverse range of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Formulate and execute strategic project plans to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration efforts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing updates on project progress, budget, and timelines.
  • Manage project communications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities related to project management.
  • Lead and delegate tasks to project teams, promoting effective collaboration.
  • Estimate project costs, define the scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
