  • Conduct code analysis to guarantee adherence to regulations
  • Manage construction administration duties, including review of shop drawings and site inspections

Document Team Leadership:

  • Establish documentation standards and outline document sets for the project team
  • Ensure adherence to codes and budgetary guidelines
  • Develop and assign work plans to the documentation team
  • Monitor the progress and quality of documentation
  • Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager and oversee document revisions
  • Collaborate with consultants to maintain quality and design uniformity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of architectural experience with a focus on supervisory roles
  • Licensed Architect
  • Proficient in Revit
