About the Role

We are a nationwide commercial architectural firm seeking an experienced Architectural Project Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Project Managers in the preparation and coordination of construction drawings, permits, and client reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review
  • Coordinate with outside project consultants, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and client vendors
  • Conduct code and permitting research
  • Attend site surveys and prepare survey drawings and reports
  • Prepare responses to address comments from outside drawing reviews
  • Prepare design development presentation drawings
Requirements
  • Professional commercial experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Proficient in AutoCAD - Revit a plus
  • Basic experience with rendering software
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
