Your expertise will be essential in creating architectural designs and managing documentation, while also acting as the Document Team Leader.

Project Oversight:

  • Facilitate client and consultant discussions and communications
  • Supervise projects from conceptual design to construction completion
  • Determine project documentation requirements based on client feedback and research
  • Formulate solutions for architectural challenges and specifications
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to fulfill client expectations, budget constraints, and timelines
  • Provide expert guidance on material selections and design options
  • Oversee the development of technical documentation and project specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure alignment of architectural and engineering plans
  • Conduct code evaluations and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Manage construction administration duties, including reviewing shop drawings and conducting site inspections

Documentation Leadership:

  • Establish documentation standards and define document sets for the project team
  • Ensure adherence to codes and budgetary guidelines
  • Create and assign work plans to the documentation team
  • Monitor the progress and quality of documentation
  • Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager and manage document revisions
  • Collaborate with consultants to maintain quality and design uniformity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of architectural experience with a focus on supervisory roles
  • Licensed Architect
  • Proficient in Revit software
