Job Title: Policy Governance Manager

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Policy Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) Policy & Governance team, you will play a critical role in establishing a robust governance framework for all WCR Policy, Standards, and Procedures.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Policy development and governance, with a strong background in Wholesale Credit Risk or related Risk Management. You will be responsible for providing strategic input into the development and enhancement of all WCR Policy, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and simplification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Advisory and Strategy: Provide guidance to 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense regarding Policy requirements, interpretations, and compliance.
  • Policy Development: Provide strategic input into the development and enhancement of all WCR Policy, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and simplification.
  • Policy Implementation and Enforcement: Engage with Businesses and Global Functions to track and influence the implementation of WCR Policy requirements.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Lead and participate in all regulatory engagement on WCR Policy and related documents.

Development Value:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a significant transformation effort for the bank, with active engagement across multiple business lines. You will have organizational exposure to senior management across the bank.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Policy development and governance
  • Wholesale Credit Risk or related Risk Management experience a plus (not required)
  • Excellent written, and verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
  • Ability to perform independently, organized, and flexible
  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree is a plus (not required)
