Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of medical practices and personnel, ensuring a professional work environment.
- Supervise and lead office staff, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency.
- Create and update electronic health records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Record and update personal and financial information, adhering to data protection policies.
- Order and manage medical and office supplies, ensuring efficient inventory control.
- Design and implement office policies and procedures, aligning with organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Assist with CAIPA administration, supporting population management initiatives.
- Maintain positive collaboration between doctors, medical, and office staff, fostering open communication.
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities as needed, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Orient, train, and mentor medical practice personnel, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Arrange informational materials for patients, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules, and regulations, upholding organizational integrity.
- Maintain total confidentiality of personal and financial data, adhering to strict data protection policies.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Documentation Improvement team and Billing team to manage and troubleshoot claims and documentation queries.
- Demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and good judgment in client-facing situations.
- Detailed-oriented, excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, promoting effective collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Technology competency with electronic software needed for the role, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Previous working experience as a Medical Office Manager for 1+ year(s), demonstrating proven leadership skills.
- Fluent in Chinese, enabling effective communication with patients and colleagues.
- MA in Healthcare Administration, Business, or similar relevant field preferred, showcasing expertise in healthcare management.
