Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain the systems architecture for commercial lines solutions, ensuring alignment with both functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Contribute significantly to the formulation of strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps for product/application/technology domains, ensuring consistency with enterprise standards.
3. Promote architectural best practices across various domains, including application, data, integration, security, and operations.
4. Assist in the development and execution of technology strategies and application roadmaps tailored to business solution areas.
5. Identify potential risks associated with technical projects and collaborate on defining effective mitigation strategies.
6. Provide architectural guidance for programs and projects within the commercial lines sector.
7. Uphold technical quality and security through meticulous architecture and design.
8. Define suitable architecture for solutions that meet business requirements.
9. Estimate costs for new solutions, technology upgrades, and maintenance of commercial lines systems.
10. Establish and enforce building codes and compliance with technology and architectural standards.

Qualifications:
Education:
A degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of eight to ten years in a technology domain, demonstrating proficiency across multiple architectural domains and technologies, with an emphasis on emerging technologies and cloud solutions.
Skills:
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, strong decision-making skills regarding technology strategies, and a capacity to influence and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
