  • Track progress towards sales targets, making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance market presence in the designated region.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key and prospective clients.
  • Acquire expertise in primary product domains, including Robotics, PLC, HMI, Motion Control, Safety Devices, Sensors, and Networking.
  • Provide consultation on applications with clients in these key product areas.
  • Utilize PC-based software to document sales opportunities and coordinate necessary sales activities with other regions and management.
  • Travel is required within the designated territory, with occasional domestic travel for training purposes.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial technology, industrial engineering, or application engineering is required.
  • Strong understanding of industrial controls and machine applications relevant to the market.
  • Proven ability to build a customer base and drive sales to meet targets, along with consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of delivering technical and sales presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in follow-through.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The total compensation package ranges from $120K to $150K, plus commissions, with the potential to earn up to $200K. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with three weeks of vacation, holidays, and a matching 401K plan.
