  • Track progress towards objectives, making necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
  • Formulate and support sales strategies and goals to enhance market presence in the region.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key and prospective clients.
  • Acquire knowledge in primary product domains, including Robotics, PLC, HMI, Servos/Motion Control, Safety Devices, Sensors, and Networking.
  • Provide consultation on applications with clients in the primary product domains.
  • Utilize PC-based software consistently to document sales prospects and coordinate necessary sales activities across regions and management.
  • Travel is required; occasional domestic travel may be necessary for training purposes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial technology, industrial engineering, or application engineering is required.
  • Strong understanding of industrial controls and machine applications relevant to the market.
  • Ability to cultivate a customer base and drive sales to meet objectives, along with consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of delivering technical and sales presentations to key clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at follow-through.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The total compensation ranges from $120K to $150K plus commissions, with an earning potential of up to $200K. An attractive benefits package is also included, featuring medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with three weeks of vacation, holidays, and a matching 401K plan.
