About the Role

Aon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Broker to join our team. As a Senior Property Broker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic risk management solutions for large, global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, market, and service manage property insurance programs in numerous industry sectors.
  • Analyze clients' exposures to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Coordinate the placement and day-to-day activities on accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and Aon peers.
  • Develop technical proficiency to build innovative solutions.
  • Communicate market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situations.
  • Maintain and grow current book of business.
  • Participate in RFP responses.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • Proven peer market relationships and emerging senior market relationships.
  • Senior executive client communication and negotiation skills.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually, based on a primary work location of Texas. The actual salary may vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
