Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist Owner Services staff with questions and answer incoming phone calls in a prompt manner, while implementing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively review occupancy and take action to maximize occupancy during normal and distressed periods.
  • Manage inventory in various blocks within the Nevada properties, ensuring maximum occupancy.
  • Work with the Online Sales & Revenue team to effectively move retail blocks.
  • Forecast occupancy and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with affiliates, monitoring utilization and taking action as needed.
  • Verify arrivals and eliminate over-bookings, duplicates, and confirm active space reservations.
  • Collaborate with ASNY Marketing and Sales to maintain effective block management.
  • Report on performance, bringing attention to concerns or areas of interest.
  • Brainstorm and propose creative ways to increase owner usage and streamline tasks.
  • Maintain open communication with resorts within the Nevada region.
  • Meet deadlines and participate in weekly and bi-weekly meetings to contribute new ideas and opinions.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Ability to multi-task and lead a team.
  • Sound judgment in service recovery methods.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum one-year Owner Services experience preferred.
  • Minimum one-year customer service experience.
