Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Cost Control: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve budgeted food percentages.
  • Labor Management: Supervise and schedule kitchen staff, including cross-training and development of employees.
  • Kitchen Setup and Breakdown: Oversee all line setup, prep, and breakdown activities to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Executive Chef with kitchen record keeping, food inventories, and invoicing of food products.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
