Key Responsibilities
  • Career Pathing and Job Placement: Assist job seekers in creating career plans, providing job leads, and connecting them with community resources to secure employment.
  • Community Outreach and Partnerships: Foster relationships with community partners and local employers to promote the growth and development of our services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to designated staff and visitors, ensuring the highest quality of service and information is provided.
  • Program Development and Evaluation: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our program by identifying problem areas and suggesting positive solutions.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accurate and timely entry of job seeker information into our database.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of education at the discretion of Goodwill of Middle Georgia and the CSRA.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in career services, job placement, recruitment, operations, or workforce development preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems; comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly adapt to change.
