Job Title: Human Resource Compliance Coordinator

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Compliance Coordinator to join our HR Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the compliance function across all departments and locations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage unemployment claims process, including filings, appeals, and representing River Edge at hearings.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures across the agency.
  • Maintain and update employees' files, including full-time, part-time, and contract staff.
  • Prepare employment status reports for payroll, HR, and compliance purposes.
  • Process and maintain all workers' compensation claims, unemployment requests, FMLA, and leaves of absence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Cross-train with other HR team members to assist with all HR functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software applications as required.
  • Strong reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and network effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
