Job Title: Incident Management Analyst

RTX is seeking a highly skilled Incident Management Analyst to join our team. As an Incident Management Analyst, you will be responsible for providing enhancements within the job area, requiring advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide enhancements within the job area, requiring advanced to expert knowledge of work area.
  • May have broad knowledge of project management.
  • Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems.
Requirements:
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
  • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
