Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with overseas agents to initiate and manage ocean import processing.
- Handle customs clearance through customs brokerage for importing goods.
- Consolidate or deconsolidate containers as required for efficient cargo management.
- Research and select vendors/agents, arranging timely ground transportation delivery.
- Track delivery status and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Manage accounting tasks including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and closing activities.
- Input service information into the internal system accurately and timely.
- Prepare reports on service activities for the Ocean Import Part/Team Manager(s).
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
