Position Overview:
The AEG organization is in search of a dedicated Facility Operations Intern to oversee various elements of stadium management and contribute to the promotion of our sports team within the local community.

About Us:
AEG is a leading sports and entertainment company, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for fans and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the setup and preparation of the stadium for events.
2. Support the Director of Facility Operations in managing all operational aspects of the venue.
3. Aid in routine maintenance of the stadium facilities.
4. Help with the recruitment and oversight of event staff.
5. Represent the organization at community outreach events as necessary.
6. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work independently on projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

Qualifications:
- Eagerness to learn about the operations of a professional sports organization.
- Basic understanding of baseball and its operations.
- Availability to work during all home games and external events.
- Willingness to work extended hours.
- Valid driver's license in the United States.
- Previous experience in the sports industry is advantageous.
- Some level of higher education is preferred.
