Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple sales opportunities and account management activities to drive revenue growth.
- Source new sales opportunities through cold calls and inbound lead follow-up using CRM software.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects to determine sales potential.
- Actively participate in developing new accounts, generating sales quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
- Build rapport with prospects and customers to generate new and retain existing business.
- Negotiate pricing and follow up on potential new and existing orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone and listening skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven sales experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Compensation Range
$65,000-$100,000 (salary, commission, and bonus)
