Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple sales opportunities and account management activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Source new sales opportunities through cold calls and inbound lead follow-up using CRM software.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects to determine sales potential.
  • Actively participate in developing new accounts, generating sales quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Build rapport with prospects and customers to generate new and retain existing business.
  • Negotiate pricing and follow up on potential new and existing orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Compensation Range

$65,000-$100,000 (salary, commission, and bonus)
