As a Disability Support Specialist at Guided Steps NY, Inc, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities to provide information, support, and training on independent living skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing intake and assessment services to determine individual needs and goals.">
  • Developing and implementing personalized Independent Living Plans (ILPs).">
  • Delivering training sessions on topics such as daily living skills, money management, and advocacy.">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders.">
  • Collaborating with community agencies and organizations to ensure comprehensive support.">

Requirements:
