We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Director to join our team at Qualtrics. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for delivering commercial impact by strategically applying data insights across our customer and marketing channel performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Lead and manage the development of advanced analytic models to drive marketing performance
  • Partner with data engineering and revenue operations to define data models and structure across our systems
  • Drive decision-making through data, refining reporting mechanisms across channels and measuring full-funnel impact
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and insights to drive investment and optimization across the marketing mix
Requirements
  • Experience building data models to understand the effectiveness of digital media, website, product, email, events, product data, and sales engagements
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical methodologies
  • Superior critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
