Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients.
- Practice critical thinking and anticipate changes in patient status, taking action to modify the plan of care as needed.
- Advocate for patients and uphold their autonomy in decision-making, ensuring informed consent and self-determination.
- Mentor colleagues and engage in the governance of practice to advance nursing excellence.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and apply them to daily care, contributing to research, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience or Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.
- Required Licensure/Certifications: Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate, and ACLS Certificate as applicable.
