Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at ECHN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, education, and consultation to benefit patients, staff, and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical expertise and education to patients, staff, and the organization.
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance patient care and staff knowledge.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop standards of care and quality improvement plans.
- Participate in research and evidence-based practice to advance clinical care and patient outcomes.
- Act as a change agent to promote clinical and professional leadership in the practice setting.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut.
- BSN from an accredited University.
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, and/or nursing management in an acute care setting.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience in critical care nursing.
