Job Title: Clinical Registered Nurse

Catholic Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical RN, you will provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings while specializing in a specific area of clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patients' health status through vital signs, medical history, and ongoing assessments.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following hospital protocols.
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and specialists.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatments, procedures, and care plans.
  • Ensure patient safety and promote healing by adhering to clinical standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with experience.
  • Active RN license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CEN, ONC) may be required depending on the area of practice.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (depending on role); specialty experience preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
