Responsibilities:
  • Respond to complex incidents, identifying the level of impact and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions across teams.
  • Contribute to design documents, owning implementation and rollback plans, and maintaining quality checklists.
  • Monitor and analyze telemetry data to identify patterns and errors, influencing telemetry analytics to improve system availability, reliability, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Security clearance requirements: active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of technical experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS), or other industry or product-specific engineering certifications.
  • Familiarity with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with the Microsoft cloud and/or stack, including O365, Azure, Windows, or other Microsoft software/services.
