Job Summary:

As a Senior Cloud Engineering Manager at The Staffing Resource Group Inc, you will lead a team of experienced engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure for government clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud engineering, experience with AWS services, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, including migration, modernization, and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical guides.

Requirements:

12 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on AWS services.
4 years of experience leading teams in cloud infrastructure projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and Jira project management tools.

Clearance:

Active Top Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain a SCI access with a polygraph.

Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science or related field, DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications, 12 years of relevant technical experience, 4 years of experience leading AWS Cloud modernization, monitoring, and support, 4 years of experience leading Linux engineering and production delivery, 4 years of experience supporting/leading Agile engineering programs for Government customers, planning, assigning, and coordinating engineering team tickets, 4 years of experience working in classified Government environments, understanding of modern architectures including cloud, application development environments, relational databases, scripting and integration of data sources, experience provisioning, configuring and managing development, test, and production hosting environments, expertise in one or more programming or scripting languages (Java, Python, PHP, Javascript, BASH, PowerShell), experience in requirements traceability, documenting technical architectures, securely configuring technology stacks and COTS/GOTS software, planning/estimating design, development and deployment of new capabilities, testing and integrating new capabilities, experience with Government Assessment and Authorization (A&A) following Risk Management Framework (RMF), excellent communication skills and regular interaction with Contractor Program Manager and Government Leadership, must have Active Top Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain a SCI access with a polygraph
