Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Veeam Software is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to support our Americas Sales organization in driving strategic initiatives, process innovation, and analytical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to align and drive strategic initiatives across internal Veeam resources and groups.
  • Standardize reports and dashboards across teams to ensure consistency in analysis approach and usefulness to drive revenue.
  • Lead performance analysis to identify areas of concern and best practices for pipeline metrics, providing actionable feedback and areas of focus to improve performance.
  • Facilitate annual planning activities to align AMER Sales for optimal execution each calendar year.
  • Prepare business analysis for QBRs, Summits, and All Hands meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration, with at least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or sales operations at a technology company.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365 and Salesforce.com, with expertise in BI applications (Tableau) and database skills (MS Access).
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
