Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse First Assistant to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in California. As a key member of our perioperative care team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
  • Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and recovery
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient operating room experience
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest perioperative care techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse First Assist (CRNFA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RNFA in an operating room setting
