Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as a vital member of the perioperative team, utilizing diverse information sources to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direct supervision of the surgeon.
- Operate within the full scope of nursing licensure, accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care and education for patients and families.
- Deliver holistic and individualized care, developing and managing an interdisciplinary plan that considers psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers through effective communication.
- Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, and applicable laws to promote a high-quality patient experience.
- Engage in continuous professional development and growth in nursing practice.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN License in California.
- CNOR Certification (Certified Perioperative Nurse).
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider).

- A minimum of 5 years of recent relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
