Veterinary ICU Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Technician to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our critical care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our veterinary patients in need of critical care.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient samples, place IV catheters, and prepare IV fluids and additives
- Administer medication, fluid additives, and CRI's as prescribed by our veterinarians
- Monitor patient vitals, telemetry, and oxygen-dependent patients
- Place and maintain nasogastric tubes, nasal cannulas, and central venous catheters
- Prioritize patient hourly treatments, delegate tasks, and triage critical patients
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting, with 2 years of ECC experience required
- RVT certification preferred
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commit to developing long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
