We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fulfillment Center Supervisor II to join our team at Staples, Inc. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily, weekly, and monthly planning.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of associates to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Use operational reports to evaluate department performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing safe work practices and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.
