Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure that students receive the appropriate educational services.
  • ARD Committee Support: Serve as a resource person for admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) committees as needed.
  • Documentation and Data Management: Utilize various special education platforms and software to document tasks, progress, and programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal and state regulations regarding special education and assessment practices.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Special Education Coordinator.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with various special education platforms and software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school staff.
