About the Role

ASR Group, the world's largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, is seeking a talented individual to join its Commercial Development Program (CDP). This prestigious program is designed to challenge, train, and groom future ASR commercial leaders.

Program Overview

The CDP is a 3-year program that provides participants with a unique opportunity to rotate through three separate core commercial areas of ASR's business. Each rotation will last approximately 12 months and will involve high-impact, high-visibility assignments and responsibilities that drive real value for ASR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct industry research and financial analysis to identify strategic opportunities
  • Develop and execute commercial partnerships and greenfield projects
  • Gain experience in commodity trading markets, buying and selling commodities, and commodity risk management
  • Assess market trends, needs, and structure, and conduct competitive analysis
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience
  • M.B.A or equivalent Master's degree from an accredited college/university (obtained in 2025)
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and relocate at least once during the 3-year program
