About the Role:

As a Commercial Real Estate Associate at CBRE, you will be responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate properties for clients. Honorary titles are awarded based on production, and you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Provide clients with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
  • Accompany clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
  • Compile property data for clients, including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations.
  • Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and review RFP responses.
  • Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions, including listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
  • Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts, including deeds, leases, and mortgages.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
  • Draft correspondence to clients and gather, prepare, and distribute marketing materials.
  • Engage in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations, to create new contacts and generate new business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Florida Real Estate Salesperson license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
