Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will:
- Assist in the procurement of project materials while adhering to budget constraints, project specifications, and timelines.

- Ensure timely and accurate communication across all departments within Nycom.
- With appropriate training, interpret architectural plans and specifications, assess project scope, procure materials, support MEP Coordination, follow up with vendors, and prepare submittals.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree from a four-year institution, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
