Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Representative I to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting our Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans and programs in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs in assigned territories
  • Provide regular reports and analyze local marketing efforts to ensure optimal results
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, doctors, and dentists to encourage patient referrals
  • Secure participation in community events to generate new patients and brand awareness
  • Manage local marketing budget and monitor competitive trends
  • Build relationships with local organizations, government agencies, and prominent community members
  • Assist with clinic grand openings and other events
  • Support field requests for marketing materials, including posters, advertising, and promotional fliers
  • Order and distribute branded merchandise to clinics and community events, and manage inventory to maximize impact and success within budget

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in outside business-to-business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record of success, two (2) years preferred
