About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chief Client Growth Officer to join our team at Tinuiti. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vertical P&L and providing input into investment and resourcing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize spending strategy for clients across verticals.
  • Lead a team while fostering development, ensuring engagement, and executing on company strategies.
  • Inspire, recognize, coach, and lead on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work with senior leadership to lead efforts for new strategic partnerships.
  • Develop strong partner relationships and lead monthly partner meetings.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships across Product, Marketing, Business Operations, and Partnerships teams.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with 8+ years of experience across startups, quantitative analysis, performance marketing, financial services, consulting, or growth industries. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of experience directly managing teams and strong expertise in Excel (e.g., vlookup, pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development. As a remote-friendly company, we support 100% remote work for applicants who reside in the United States.
