About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer Lead to join our team at VMD Corp. As a key member of our Agile Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, automated test cases, and scripts to ensure the highest quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, automated test cases, and scripts to ensure software quality
  • Support the Technical Lead in researching and implementing best-in-class testing tools
  • Implement testing strategies, test conditions, and scripts to improve code coverage
  • Manage staff across integrated teams
  • Participate in daily scrum stand-up meetings, facilitate Sprint planning meetings, and coordinate Sprint reviews, retrospectives, and burn-down charts
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Experience delivering mission-critical systems in the immigration and travel domains
  • Proven track record in implementing Agile methodologies to improve software delivery
  • Technical proficiency with SQL, including the ability to create queries to validate data integrity and other data constraints
