About the Role

As a key member of our healthcare group, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch legal services to healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers.

Your primary responsibilities will include working on a wide range of complex healthcare transactions and regulatory matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in New York or Washington D.C.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare transactional and regulatory law
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 per year.
