Cyber Armor Solutions is a leading Law Firm with offices in Denver, Irvine, D.C., and New Jersey. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in consumer and employee privacy, including managing data privacy compliance projects, drafting privacy policies and notices, and advising on data protection agreements. They should also have expertise in employee and consumer privacy laws and regulations (state, federal, and/or international) and experience in data breach and incident response and reporting.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $160,000 and $190,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

A strong background in cybersecurity and technical website/app issues is preferred, as well as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation in at least one category. While experience in employment law is preferred, we are interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in consumer privacy and cybersecurity.
