Job Description

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development for our client's Hose Clamps and Distributed Products division in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key customer relationships across the US to drive revenue growth and improve customer retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase order frequency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and implement effective sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses to sales enquiries via phone, email, or online chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer data, and sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development with a focus on customer relationships and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical products and applications.
