About the Role

Chipr Home Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to enhance our presence in the Multi-Dwelling Unit sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting assigned properties, developing strong relationships with property and leasing managers, and providing direct assistance to residents to drive adoption and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and leasing agents.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase penetration rates and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide sales support to residents, ensuring solutions and installation follow up.
  • Enhance market presence by representing Chipr as a brand ambassador at property events and engaging in field activities.
  • Leverage the company referral program to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Track sales performance and market trends, optimizing strategies based on data.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to align and execute strategies effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation to visit properties on a regular basis.
  • Property or leasing management experience is a plus.
  • An understanding of multi-dwelling units is a plus.
