In the initial phase, your assignments will involve manageable tasks, providing you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience. As you progress, you will evaluate risks at larger and more intricate properties by visiting client sites and conducting thorough assessments that accurately identify potential physical and human element exposures while collaborating with the client's management team.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed site evaluations of the physical property by inspecting the interior, roofs, and exterior.

Assess water supply systems, fire protection measures, dust hazards, electrical infrastructures, chemical storage and processing, structural designs, construction materials, as well as site maintenance and emergency response protocols.

Ensure adherence to FM Global Engineering Standards and, when necessary, convey appropriate recommendations and engineering solutions to clients.
Assist clients in implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks.

This role involves working from a home office and requires travel to client facilities on a daily basis (overnight travel is anticipated 3-5 nights per month, approximately 15-25%).


Qualifications for Successful Candidates:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering (various disciplines accepted)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Effective time management skills with minimal supervision
• Solid technical knowledge, including a broad understanding of engineering principles
• Valid driver's license
• Physical capability to climb ladders, lift over 25 lbs., and work at heights
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Authorization to work in the relevant country
• Ability to work independently and willingness to operate from a home office when not in the field.
The salary range for this position is $71,200 to $102,200, with the final offer dependent on individual education, skills, and experience.
